Venture to the Winelands with Mont Rochelle

Just over an hour’s drive out of Cape Town lies the serene and beautiful Mont Rochelle, the private retreat of Sir Richard Branson, and part of the Virgin Limited Edition’s collection of stunning hotels. This is officially our go-to place for a retreat in Franschhoek valley. We had a peek around the 26-bedroom hotel and vineyard, surrounded by 180-degree views of the Franschhoek valley. The rooms are brightly lit, and somehow manages to nail the right amount of cozy and luxurious. Bathrooms are stocked with delightful Africology amenities, and all rooms are equipped with Bose sound system and an inclusive minibar.
